UAMB Membership Benefits

The UAMB is the only professional mortgage association in Utah that was created by Mortgage Brokers, for Mortgage Brokers. Together with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), The UAMB represents only Mortgage Brokers and their interests, at every level of government, and to the public.

When issues arise, as they do every year, the UAMB goes to bat to protect the interests of both Mortgage Brokers and Consumers. It is vital to our industry that mortgage brokers in Utah have their voices heard. Through the UAMB, mortgage brokers have the forum and the access necessary to participate in the legislative process and be heard at every level of government.

Your membership is very important to us. We encourage every active mortgage broker in Utah to unite with the UAMB, and to be active in working to preserve and improve the mortgage industry.

PROFESSIONAL BROKER MEMBERSHIP - For the Owner, Co-Owner, or Principle Lending Manager; registers you and your company (not the employees of your company)

ASSOCIATE BROKER MEMBERSHIP - For "Professional Broker Member" Mortgage Company Employees or Loan Officers

INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP - For those in supporting industries (i.e. lenders, appraisers, title, credit specialists, IT professionals, inspectors, insurance agents, marketing and advertising professionals, and all other non-mortgage professionals.

*The UAMB accepts cash, money orders, personal and business checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eChecks and PayPal. The UAMB is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization. Please consult your tax advisor about the deductibility of your dues and other contributions. Monthly payees will not receive NAMB membership until the fourth monthly payment is paid. Your membership expires one year from the day you join. A renewal form will be sent to you one month prior to your membership ending.
